Virtual tree acts like explorer (virtual means that there are no directories on disk). All operations with tree are listed on context menu (right click). There you can load or save tree. Each user can have his/hers own virtual tree or a tree for each world. You can create, destroy and rename directories. Little icon is assigned to each directory. Directories can have shortcuts. Shortcuts are invoked with keys 0-9, set using Ctrl+keys 0-9. Currently assigned shortcuts can be listed with key 'W'. Shortcuts are saved along with virtual tree.
